Vegetable Dip

Since most veggies are zero points on the new Weight Watchers Points Plus, I have stocked up on veggies. However, I love to dip my veggies in ranch or some sort of veggie dip. This works great for my snack in the afternoon, and tastes GREAT!!


3 servings 1/3 c. each 1 point
1 small carton low-fat cottage cheese
1 packet Hidden Valley Dip Mix
1 packet artificial sweetener
Mix in the blender. Chill.

  1. when you say small carton how small are we talking...like 8 oz or what? This sounds yummy!

  2. I bought the larger container I think they're 16o and used a little over half of it. Hope that helps.
